Diplomacy

Bush compared the cold war with the war on terror yesterday. Now let me get this straight, I always thought that if we would have attacked Russia, we would have set off a chain of events that might have ended the world, at the least the destruction far outweighed the good. So we negotiated, sometimes threatened, but we didn't really battle to much except for Viet Nam. Now in the War in Viet Nam, we almost lost the cold war, we didn't win there, remember. So lets think about it, what is our experience in these two conflicts? What has worked in the past, and what as failed. We are about to mourn the 2000th American death, thank you Mr. President, can anyone really find a good reason why. On the wings of all the victims fo this war I pray for an end, and I pray that our nation can find forgiveness.
