My son just returned from Europe, it is good to have him home, but it was good to have him in Europe while he was there. He always felt safe, the people there like Americans, they just don't care much for our government right now. They for many reasons don't always agree with their own governments, so they are open minded about American's opinions on our government. They didn't like Iraq's government, they don't condone terrorism, they just had different opinions on what is a just war, and they were right. The world is not a better place because of the war, and the world is not a safer place because of the war. Now if you want to have some fun, and maybe feel a little better about yourself, look up Bush's transcript, and military records on the web, they are there. It is no wonder our military intelligence was bad, and we went to war, look who was leading the way.

Thirty years ago I dodged the draft. My number was 46, I lost enough weight to flunk my physical a number of times, and after a year they stopped trying to draft me. The bottom line is, I didn't stop the war, and someone with the number 95, born July 20th, had to go in my place. I don't know if he saw action, I don't know if he survived. I do know that what I did changed someone's life, and that was not my right. It is hard to imagine how we effect others by our actions, but because we don't think things through does not take away our responsibility. Number 95, I am so sorry.

I just learned something, it seems as though Pres. Bush was a history major at Yale. That just seems like a very sad statement about the history department at Yale. He who doesn't know history is condemned to repeat it.

At the risk of never selling another CD, I thought that I might start my own soap box. I might comment on the President, the Bill of Rights, war and peace, or whatever I feel the need to address. I hope that we agree most of the time, and I hope that you write me back if you feel like it. I hope you enjoy my site, and my music, and thanks for checking me out.
